I booked a room with a very clean bed, an electronic key card, a work desk and television. The staff was very helpful and friendly efficient the whole time of my stay. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Catholic church. The main shopping centre and touristy shops were right next door...

location is very good, it is close to the entrance and exit of the city, so there is no need to drive around. We were lucky and were able to park on the same street as soon as we arrived. It is very close to the Cathedral and all the places of interest. fairly new hotel with a very good decoration, room we had, as well as the bathroom were of a very correct size throwing big and excellent cleanliness. There was no noise coming from the street and stay was very quiet.
bed. I'd like to think that it's not a generalized thing, at least the bed I got wasn't right. legs were moving too much and mattress felt worn. springs sounded and it generally gave the impression of an old bed. hotel looks pretty new and that's why I think it was a problem with that particular bed. Even with all that has been said, if we go back to Burgos, we will stay in this hotel again.

Proximity to historic city center, clean and spacious bedroom facilities, easy access to public transport
The underground parking situation really needs a revamp!!! Poor signage made navigating the garage a real headache, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable!!! Plus, the rooms were quite noisy with traffic from the busy street outside.

Perfect for a getaway to Burgos. It is very easy to locate and area is very quiet, at the same time, it is very close to the historic center, not even 10 minutes walk. You can park easily in the area. bed was very comfortable, bathroom is spacious, good heating and some windows that isolated very well from the outside and everything was very clean. staff is very kind, I arrived quite sooner than I had told them and although I said that I didn't need to go up to the room at that time, girl at the reception gave me one that I could go up to. by the way, with a great view of the cathedral, thank you very much. I didn't have the breakfast buffet but in front of the reception there is a cafeteria with a very nice coffee and something to eat. In short, for the quality/price ratio, I would repeat in this hotel if I went back to Burgos.
It's a shame the cafeteria isn't open on Sundays, although I suppose it has its reason, it would be good if it opened. The lack of blinds on the windows, although there are some good curtains, some light comes in.

We were only there for a stopover one night, but the rooms were clean and comfortable and served their purpose. The location was good and we had views of the cathedral.
We found the rooms quite basic, and the reception area quite small and congested if several people were awaiting service.

The spacious room offered a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located conveniently close to the city center, with access to attractions with just a short walk. The staff were very great, ensuring a smooth check-in process. There were some downsides as well. The parking situation was quite complicated. The signs were confusing. The bed was on the hard side, and there weren't any coffee-making facilities in the room, made early mornings a bit tricky. Breakfast had a decent variety of cold items, but the hot food selection was average. There were also a few areas in the hotel, like the bathroom, that showed signs of needing refurbishment.

The hotel was located close to the old city and within easy walking distance. The staff, especially at Reception, were friendly and very helpful to me which was good as my language skills are poor. It was good being able to park my car at the hotel.

I came here for 2 nights and had an excellent stay. The breakfast was warm, with a lot of meals.

The location is superb, just a short walk to the city center. The view from our large balcony was amazing, overlooking the majestic cathedral. The parking experience was quite challenging. The underground garage lacks adequate signage, and navigating it felt cumbersome. The dark garage made it tough to see clearly, which contributed to the hassle.
